1-Original service center - Nebraska SERVICE CENTER


2-NOA1- July 9th ,2015


3-ALL the updates you've received on the case >Mails,USCIS Website,Texts,E-Mails<. with Dates if possible. - Oct 15th, 2015 USCIS text and email, (twice in a span of about 3 hours. first case transferred notice, then change of "jurisdiction" notice.) Mail notice received November 12, 2015.


4-Any information you've gathered from USCIS agents, Questions, Answers.- Phoned 11/13/15 the NCSC number 1-800-375-5283. She had zero information on the Potomac center.

I got notice today that I was transferred from the California Service Center on Nov. 9th. No email or text notices were recieved. No priority date. Receipt date October 22nd.
I'm not happy about this.. especially seeing that no one here seems to have gotten any action from this center yet in over three weeks.

My heart was pounding when I opened the envelope from HLS this morning, hoping it was an approval of my I-130 petition but it was only a transfer notice. I guess things are pretty busy in TX where my file was first sent so now it is at the Potomac Service Center. Is this a new office because I don't even see it listed on the timeline app drop down menu for if you case is transferred. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about the PSC!

p.s. I tried to look up processing times for that service center on the USCIS web page but it is not listed. What's up with this?

New center, not much information available. From my reading, no one has posted about an I-130 approval (or other notification) from there as of yet. Best of luck!

I'm an August filer. I recieved my NOA1 on august6 from the Texas service center. On November 10 i was transferred to the new USCIS office in Potomac! I recived my letter in the mail today!
