No RFE! How long from that note to the combo card production?

I only checked by chance today, normally I never log on. Only wanted to see if anything changed after biometrics.


Oh, technically I am probably a November filer since my NOA came in November - I applied at the end of October.

ok ive had no EAD or AP notifications

but i cjecked my receipt numbers today, the receipt number for my actual AoS says the following

"On December 16, 2015, we approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

the two uscis numbers for the AP and EAD still says the same old thing about how its been received

wht does this mean?

12/7/15 - Finally receive appointment letter for biometrics 12/22/15

12/8/15 - Did walk in biometrics

12/8/15 - AP/EAD card ordered

12/14/15- EAD/AP Card received in the mail

2/10/16- AOS- card ordered :dancing:

2/16/16- GC was mailed

2/19/16- Green Card received!!!

* - 30th September - NOA 1 Received

* - 3rd November - NOA 2 Received

-- was never sent to NVC, got it re approved --

* - 9th January - NOA 2 approved

* - 13th January - Notice from CSC that it was sent this time to NVC

* - 21st January - Received at NVC

* - 22nd January - Case Number assisgned

* - 31st January - left NVC for London

* - 6th Feb - Arrived at Embassy

* - 10th Feb - Packet 3 Received and DS-160 Filled out.

* - 25th February - Medical :dancing:

* - 26th February - readiness form sent

* - 7th April - Interview - approved

* - 14th April - Visa in hand.

Timeline

That means that your AOS was approved without an interview. Once you receive the green card you will not need the AP or EAD. Those items are applied for because there are times when the green card process takes a longer time. This is the case for us. Portland, OR is taking 6 months for a AOS interview.

You never know, don't stop hoping. Boston is currently doing interviews for the March 2015 applicants, but we got approved without interview......Some of us seem to be getting lucky, hoping to see more with fast approvals.
