Well well, speak of the devil, just earlier today I was commenting on how I saw a couple people get approved by the VSC before me even though they sent their app after us, and we get the touch and the NOA2 that same day :)

CONGRATS!!!

I HOPE TO BE NEXT :)

I can only speak for myself here, but I noticed the touch on my case about 2-3 hours ago, meaning it was around 1-2 PM in Vermont.

My girl has had a couple of tourist visas here and been in 100% compliance. Wouldn't that make it easier for her to get her visa, since there is even more proof we have been together?

I think they are trying to see if she never overstayed her visa and etc.

Hello my fellow March filers. Here's my resolutions: I'm going to pretend I dont have a petition in the works and I wont gawk at the USCIS site every 5 minutes looking for the prize. Instead I'm going to do something productive to actually make the time pass by. Needlepoint anyone? WHERES MY DAMN RECEIPT NUMBER! ARGH!

I'm not pretending we don't have a petition in the works but I have to say, I also don't see the point of checking the number every 5 seconds! ;) Maybe 5 times a day? ;) LOL

I know I'm silly for replying to myself, but I was just looking online at the postal service website and found the post office accepted the package at exactly 10:03am!! That's so funny, I can track it down to the hour as to when it was accepted!

I'm hoping my check will be cashed within the next day or two. From reading other people's posts, it seems like it usually takes around 10 days for NSC to cash it.
