Hi I am a bit confused about the NVC process...

We are working on the NVC bit now and we have chosen the agent which shows (COMPLETED).

It also shows that Affidavit of Support Fee (in process)

QUESTIONS

I want to know why does it show...

Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence N/A (?)

IV Application N/A (?)

Civil Documents N/A (?)

Does it mean we don't need to complete it because we have sent them all the supporting documents with i130 form?

Or we have to complete it after the fees is paid?

You submit all required supporting documents after paying your fee's.check out the wiki here for more info on the flow of the whole process

well ur aos fee is in inprocess its not case complete.. u have iv fre too pay n submit document to nvc n then only cc

Get your AOS/IV packet ready to go. When you get your bar coded sheet from your AOS fee payment, send in the packet in...on envelope all two hole punched at the top bound together with an ACCO binder. Then pay the IV fee and fill out the 260 when it becomes available. Wait for case complete and then interview date.

Supporting documents and financial evidence will always show N/A.

IV application shows N/A until your AOS Fee changes to paid and the IV fee and application opens up for you to pay and submit.

Civil documents will always show N/A

Once you have done choice of agent, paid AOS fee, paid IV fee, submitted DS-260 (IV application) and submitted your financial and supporting civil documents, the case will get reviewed by NVC. Takes about 30 days, give or take... Your first indication of case complete will be that the AOS fee will change from paid to N/A. That's what BunnyNinja and the rest of us get so excited about. Once you've completed all the stages of NVC, you will log into the CEAC website five times a day, praying to see three N/As.

If you have all the AOS and IV documents ready now, you can send them in even though you haven't been able to pay the IV fee or submit the DS-260 yet.
