Congrats Christina16! I know you were worried about the RFE and so happy that you did not have to worry about it.

From what I been reading on a other forum it takes about two weeks for them to have the case number and usually a week after that they are shipping out the cases to the embassy so almost three weeks for the NVC timeline. I was able to find out what my packets details for my country because they have it online and the entire process is online (lucky for that) so we already started that process. We got our police certificate done for India and once we get approval of the NOA2 we are sending out our Thailand police request so hopefully by the time NVC is done we will have both Police Certificates done.

So my suggestions while we are waiting for the NVC process to get as much done as possible so that when it times to schedule interview you can schedule as early as possible.

Ohh... Well so the next stages gets to be relaxing and going with the flow. Actually it looks like you are going to have to delay stuff so do not get approved to early. With how fast the CSC is, my mindset have changed from March to Christmas because we were thinking maybe March but at least June with the TSC but now maybe he will be able to spend the holidays with my family.

Oh wow, that is a late POE ! :) Is it because ur children going to school?

Well kids can stop by Dec but I am not really to leave work by January. Then if they enroll in January school will run until May (my K2 are both in college). This will give me enough time to turn over my responsibilities at work.

I will maximize my K 1/ K2 Visa validity :) but I want to get it early to give time if there will be any hiccups during the medical and interview.

Yeah CSC is approving fast! You can definitely make it by Christmas. All of those transferred from TSC are really blessed with the changed of service center.

Yea I feel terrible for the people who are dealing with the TSC and are waiting since February to get their approvals with CSC only taking about three weeks. Hopefully our government will figure out a way to get both branches producing fast times.

We had to wait 4 weeks to hear we got a RFE, then hoped to get that in the mail yesterday. Mail came today and still nothing. I have no idea what it could be for so we can't start preparing. We want to get married before the year ends. I'm beginning to think that won't happen if our case continues this way. No question, just wanted to vent a little.

I see this note about estimates but no estimates on the page at all. Do I need to turn something on?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

It showes this:

Processing
Estimates/Stats :
Your I-129f was approved in 12 days from your NOA1 date.

That is not an estimate, it is past tense.... : /

When you start a new process, then look in that area and you will see the projections. In the meantime near your picture on your timeline page you will see "follow similar timelines" and it will populate 12 other couples who are near your dates. Scroll down and you will see a "spreadsheet" style page showing all the variables for measurement.

I followed those that were in my group to give me an idea where they were in processing so I could judge if I was ahead or behind.
