63 days to CC still waiting for an Interview date. This is getting frustrating. NVC says the embassy will schedule it and they cant do anything at this point.

Contacting the embassy is a nightmare as their email response time is 900 million light years.

I can assure you, you are not missing out on light years of response from embassy. The embassy in Canada is quick to respond to email inquiries, within 1 hour. But their response is always "According to our records your case is at national visa center, and so and so contact number...."

They would never facilitate an interview scheduling until NVC transfers your case there.

Scheduling is handled by NVC, interview slots are given by the embassy.

Yea here in Sweden its possible.

Im sure we will hear something today or tomorrow after looking at when they scheduled in July which was the monday and tuesday of the same week!!

Hi guys even-though i've a cc, i got a checklist for i864A that needs to bring to the interview.

anyone please advice me here. as per my understanding the below mentioned section of i864A is for the sponsor to do(my wife), not the family member.

but in this case they have asked my uncle to name and sign in the sponsor section of i864A

[x] In Part 2. Sponsor's Promise, please correct the following...

[x] Item 13. The sponsor, __my wife's_uncle_name____________, must type or print his or her name in the space

provided.

[x] Item 14. The sponsor, ____my wife's_uncle_name_______, must sign the form and his or her signature must be

original.

[x] Item 14. The sponsor, ___my wife's_uncle_name________, must enter the date he or she signed the form.

Hi We also have checklist to bring at Embassy for AOS. They said they lost page 04 of AOS and we responded back with Page 04 in first checklist.

For your attention, anyone who received a checklist for AOS forms, please note that the forms has been changed. in my case I864A is changed significantly. they will not accept old forms.

Edition Date

07/02/15. (Starting 10/06/15, USCIS will only accept the 07/02/15 edition. Until then, you can use the 03/22/13 edition.) The edition date can be found at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions.

That is great news!!! Would you please change my CC to July 22nd please? I had posted July 28 or 29 because that is when I received the email verification but the supervisor told us on the phone that that the case was complete on July 22nd. Thank you
