Hi everyone

I have looked thorough VJ to find a step by step process and I can't seem to find any. I only read people's comments about NOA1 and 2 and I wish I could get more info somewhere.

Can anyone be so kind to explain every step in the filing process till the final stage.

I sent in my I130 on July 3rd and I'm yet to get a notification. Once I get one, what happens next up until the final stage?

Thank you very much!!!

Hi ! Welcome Aboard !

The second step is to read in the Guides Section.

The first step is to visit this web portal from a PC.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

You didn't attach a G1145 form to your I-130 package so you would get text and email notification?

Did you have mail delivery tracking so you at least you package arrived? Have you been tracking your check or money order?

Those are the things you can do for now. Red the guides though.

Also I noticed you have Texas Service Center on your timeline. Where did you send your petition?

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Please Please put your VJ member name only. Not nicknames or real names whatever your VJ name is. It's below your profile picture!!

No one can write out every step until the final stage here because we would be sitting here all day posting. The journey from A-Z is in the

already provided guide. Click on the tab and links.

You need to study the guides and if something is not clear then ask in the forum.

One thing you need is a ton of patience in this process.

Best wishes for your journey !

We have plenty of guides in the wiki.

I know I keep the EZ guide up to date.

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

It's a basic guide of the steps with a huge list underneath of evidence for a bona fide marriage as compiled by VJ members.
