so I was on hold for 1 hour and 30 mins and the rep picks up and says I can't answer any questions regarding your case because we are doing maintaince work and I can't look your case up......FREAKING seriously????!!!!!!! I asked him about interview date, he said they start usually scheduling first week of the month, he couldn't tell me if I will get August because he couldn't login in

Anyone waiting to be scheduled at CAIRO Embassy?

May 20 and still no news!! :/

Sure there are plenty on the list waiting for Cairo. It's a 3 to 4 month wait. Sorry.

I Went to the interview July 01 in the Dominican Rep with my husband and we were approved! :) We still havent recieved his visa yet and our status says "Issued" scence july 4.

Check out the spreadsheet. It's a little wait for the busiest embassy in the world. But not too bad. About 2 month wait after case Complete I have April people still waiting.

Hi there fellow Canadians and MTL filers!

Just wanted to get a quick status and see if anyone with Case Completes in May or before are still waiting for interview dates? My CC was May 12 and I am still waiting for a date. I called the NVC yesterday and was told no interview date has been scheduled yet. I was hoping for an August interview but nothing thus far...

We are waiting for interview at New Delhi in india, our cc is April 30. So it seems all are running slow and I hardly seen any August interview scheduled.

Personally I think NVC is so frustrated with ll the computer issues. I think they are purposely breaking this last time. The system is down yet again and I know some embassies still have not scheduled. Goodness. :clock::cry:

I called NVC today- no interview yet and the rep told me they will stop scheduling interviews for august soon and start scheduling for September in a couple of weeks- I asked if ecuador august interviews slots were closed and she said she doesn't have that info. I know ecuador was one of the first country to start scheduling for because a friend cc on June 18 and was scheduale interview on June 26 for august 17. Ugh I'm so sad after taking to that rep, am I really going to have to wait for a September interview ??? Is there any chance I might get a august interview? I'm ready to pull my hair out with this NVC process.... ???
