Urgent! Was was denied visa in Ghana today

My husband was given a white paper after his interview marking 3 things needed. Co Sponsor, DNA, AP. The consular requested it. Then after paying for it the DNA and giving blood samples for me and my baby they never collected blood from my husband. They sat on it and sent the case back to USCIS. Paying money for nothing.

It is not for nothing because they will want it for the second time around if you satisfy the USCIS NOID/NOIR request, they likely still want to see the

DNA results then. Did he get instructions on when and where to get his DNA collected ? Blood samples aren't usually given but saliva swaps

for embassy DNA requests.

The place of collection must be embassy approved and the collection place must also be approved for you and the child here in the USA.

So who is "they" never collected blood from your husband ?

If the embassy was going to send my case back and not collect my husband's DNA they should have waited until USCIS completes the review of our case and our file was back at the embassy. I could have used my 660.00. I know the DNA collection place must be embassy approved. My husband was given instructions but never was tested. My husband's interview was done 10/17/2014. Its almost 2016. USCIS received my case 2/10/2015 and still no word. There was no need to pay for a DNA test then.

If he shows up at the place for specimen collection did the lab tech refuse to take his specimen or has it been collected and been returned

by the lab to the USA for analysis like they are supposed to and the result is now sitting in review ?

The lab must send the specimen to the US for testing as you call it, not the embassy. The analyzing lab here then sends the lab report to the embassy

where it should be now.

Anyway to answer questions regard the DNA test at the US embassy in Ghana they gave me a paper ticked three boxes 1( Co-sponsor) 2(DNA test) 3(Administrative Processing) on top of the paper they used a pen a wrote ( WE WILL CALL YOU ).Immediately my wife went with our son to the authorized hospital and arranged for the DNA, they took their saliva and sent the file to the US Embassy in Ghana. I can confirm that i called the hospital and they confirmed to me that the DNA file was delivered to the US embassy in Ghana safely by FEDEX courier service. The embassy never called me to come over for my sample to be taking, In November 2014 the embassy called me and i was given the 221g letter saying they are sending the case back to USCIS for review and a possible revoke. But the CO told me they consider my wife to be married to two people because Mexico do not allow such divorce papers. So in my case they consider my wife to be married to two people and she has to divorce her Ex-husband and Re-marry me. When the senator contacted the embassy they said our marriage is a SHAM marriage entered for immigration benefit. Maybe the embassy didn't tell me the main issue concerning our case because i head they be telling people different things and be covering the main issue they found.

Then the petitioner has to sort out the validity of the Mexico divorce with USCIS and convince them that it is legit.

If they accept the proof you will send them then they will send it again to the embassy with recommendation to approve.

I refrain from giving advice on the divorce issue because I do not know enough about it and won't speculate.
