I'm finally able to pay online. However I sent my check by mail two weeks ago, should I pay again and ask for a refund? Anyone has had experience receiving a refund?

OMG thank you, I was able to pay the IV fee finally! We might not get a checklist afterall.

How long after paying the IV is the DS-260 available online to fill out?

As soon as it says PAID i think. Congrats to all of us!!! :D

Im already collecting and writing data that needs to be filled in the DS260 form. So that i dont take time to fill it once im able to see it online. Every minute counts :P Just open the DS260 Sample and have everything with u on a paper.

27 August 2015- Received email stating that our embassy does not participate in NVC'S electronic processing program therefore we should submit forms through mail (which we had already) :cry:
02 September 2015 - Spoke to supervisor Silvia about our upgrade, found out whoever reply to our email was wrong and she was going to take a look at our case :rolleyes:

09 September 2015 - Confirmed upgrade F2a to CR1 through the phone with Supervisor Silvia (she's an angel) :D

5th November - VISA in hand ... yesssss finally! #blessed

8th November - POE MIAMI (the whole process took about 45mn)

19th November - Received SSN by mail ( I had applied for it when asked if i wanted to be issued a SSN in the DS260)

23rd December- Received GC by mail (it took about 45 days from POE) finally :dancing:

I opened it with internet explorer through my fone. I just checked it through my macbook aswell. I can see paying option in both!

Those of you who filled out DS-260, can you please tell me if you answered "YES" or "NO" to the question regarding vaccinations according to US law and documentation to prove it? I have had some vaccinations but im not sure if i have ALL according to US law and i believe i dont have documentation for some of them. What to do?
