Hello Guys,

@ Morganalmonshid94 or someone who paid IV fees online, can you please tell me the date of invoice when it was generated and date when it became enable to pay online? I just want to guess estimated week in which I should be able to pay it online.

our invoice was generated on June 5th and I am waiting for it to become available online.

Thanks in advance...

I paid again online Thursday morning, Friday morning took from my account, switched to pay Friday evening and filled out the ds-260 with confirmation . So plan worked .

Sorry to bother you again lol After you did the DS260, have you called NVC at all to ask if they received your DS260 just to double check?

I'm now thinking of doing the same just because I have plans with family.. wedding I have to go to I just can't wait any longer. But I just want to make sure that if I do it, it'll show in their system that I did submit DS260 cause if not I'll go crazyyyyy.!lol

Since you received a checklist for DS 260, will you have to wait 30 days for review again or you case would just go into CC now?

Im just wondering, that i have received a checklist for not paying IV fee…so once i am able to pay it (soon hopefully)..and fill out ds260..what happens? the checklist said i have to wait 30 to 45 days for nvc to review once i submit whatever they are asking for…and that i have to send them the checklist coversheet too..which i cant possibly since its just the fee and ds260 that i have to submit ONLINE.

Hello. It has been more than a year now since I have seen my Spouse and I am getting fed up with the NVC. Out of three cases, one has been lost since 3/25, one squeaked through slowly past the failed website and the third had the Visa fee paid by mail early June but of course the website is still down. I have spent maybe 200 hours calling and learning the ins and outs of the NVC and after 8 weeks of website being down I really don't see when it will be fixed. There must be more to it than we are allowed to know. Maybe other cases have priority and the ones requiring a visa are second rate. there are stories in the news out there like that. This would be one way to complete that agenda. How can the supposed most technologically advanced country in the world have a failed government website for 8 weeks and offer no time schedule for fixing it.??? Class action lawsuit anyone???

Bro, you are absolutely right and these are exactly my thoughts! A technical issue could occur but how LONG does that take to fix?? A website that is catering THOUSANDS of people is out of order for the past 2 months now and the concerned authorities just seem so casual about it.. they dont have a time frame .. they dont know when it will be fixed.. its not a gameee!! the emotions, feelings, the pain, the agititation and frustration of being away from your spouse was not enough that THIS HAPPENED! :( I havent seen my husband for 2.5 years! Finally im so close to my priority date to become current and their website screwed up. Its not our fault, there should be an alternative or something for those who are stuck at this point otherwise you're right FILE LAWSUIT.
