You can but you will simply have to provide another one at the interview. It will be a superfulous inclusion with the initial petition

I-134 is submitted at the consulate at the time of interview.

The I-134 is not necessary with the I-129F, it's for the interview. It needs current information so as mentioned, you'll need to send another one for the interview.

Nope - bad idea because it's not required with the I-129F petition and will likely end up in the garbage can.

No. It is not required, and it won't help. You will need to give one to your fiancee to have it at the interview.

I sent one in just in case. It only took me a few minutes to fill out. Lets call it for the sake of overkill.

A more recent one will be prepared pre-interview; delivered in person

Why would you want to send that now? I don't understand.

USCIS does not ask for that document - it's bad enough to get I-129F and G-325A and all the other supplemental information sent.

Let's look at it this way. What's a USCIS adjudicating officer gonna do with it? Absolutely nothing - it's not a part of their job. It will either get thrown out or jumbled around with your petition, with the adjudicating officer confused and not knowing what to do with it. Maybe it'd be forwarded onto the consulate/embassy after NOA2... but it'll be outdated, so your fiance will need to bring an updated one to the consulate/embassy, where the old one will be thrown out or obsolete.

My suggestion: just spend your time on the things the USCIS needs now.

I think it's actually a bad idea to send an I-134 with your I-129f .. why would you want to give them more paperwork to go through when it isn't needed .. USCIS are slow enough as it is .. I would send them only whats needed ..

I sent mine in with no negative feedback FROM an USCIS examiner that knows of our case (with no favorable effect on our case, may I add... don't I wish!).

Some people know that the little paperwork associated with the Affidavit is nothing compared to what comes with the AOS and beyond. And there is nothing to lose by doing just a little overkill. If along my process someone wants to lose the Affidavit, then so be it. A newer, updated one will be hand delivered to my honey for the interview anyway.
