Our DS-260 finally sign and submitted. Whew! At long last! Another step forward! :dancing: We paid IV Fee via money order last July 17, just additional info.:)

I emailed all the documents back in late Apr per NVC instruction, and was notified after a month that I need to select an agent first, which was totally outrageous as I did that in March. I called and they fixed tt but then I was blocked by the IV fee payment and no access to DS-260. I called them again last week and they told me they "have everything but the DS-260". Now that I submitted DS-260, would they review it along with all my document they have? Also on the NVC page of my case, next to IV Fee (now "PAID) and IV Application (now "COMPLETED"), there is a column of Civil Documents (now "N/A"). Should it be something other than N/A to show they have the documents? Anybody has any experience?

You mean the "not started" link is not working? It should give you access to the form.
