I paid IV Fees by mail.they received payment on may 26. I sent the money order on may 13. Finally after 45 days I am able access. Praise the Lord for all good. Prayers for everyone. .. god bless soon

how long does it take to get in system?

I am still getting below error:

"The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance."

I chose agent over the phone, paid both fees in mail and received confirmation, also got document scan date email.

I cant even go in system to even see pay now option lol

What are you able to access? Do you mean you can fill out the DS-260 online? Were you able to log in before this? (see the quotebelow from "thewall" because that's my situation - paid by mail but can't even get logged in). Were you in the situation until now that you couldn't even log in online and now suddenly you can log in? And also fill out DS-260? It would be really nice if you can specifically tell us what happened?

I've been getting this error since beginning of May - I can't log in at all and never have been able to. I paid fees (IV & AOS) by mail and got email confirmation from NVC that the fees were paid and a coversheet for sending in AOS & IV docs and instructions to complete DS-260 but of course without being able to log in I can't complete DS-260. Since it's been 2 months for me I guess you might wait that long also? In fact I'm starting to wonder if my case is permanently broken never to be fixed. If I could log in and at least see that the DS-260 is available but can't be filled out because they haven't marked me as "paid" it would be progress but I can't even get logged in.

  • Receive I-864 Package : 2015-05-14
  • Submit DS-261 : 2015-05-28 ( The website was down for almost 3 weeks , no one was able to log in )

  • Checklist: 26 June 2015 [ Non-submission of DS 260] i was not able to submit it due to the website issue ]

The online IV fee is still not payable, but today I received an email from NVC with an IV fee invoice. The invoice is a page with my case number and barcode. It points me to http://nvc.state.gov/feeand follow the pay by mail instructions. However, the page also says paying it by mail will cause delay in the case. I think I will wait a couple weeks to see if the online payment option will become available to me.

Thanks I guess I am still couple weeks away then :( I mailed mine on June 12th and they got it june 15th. i still dont have the pay online option. i am willing to pay twice and move on as soon it becomes available, until then holding my breath for the website to get fixed.
