Hey Guys

So my packet 3 was recieved at the embassy on Feb 8th and today i got my interview date March 13th......its the day after my medical...... AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I can not belive how quickly this has happened!!!

I waiting so so long for my NOA2 and now everything has gone so quick!!!

Thankyou all for your support and thankyou Helen so much for everything!!!

Fingers crossed guys I am nearly home!!!!

OHHH does anyone know any nice hotels to stay at. in London while im down there for my medical and interview?

Congrats and good luck! My fiance's p3 was received the 12th, so HOPEFULLY we're gonna be right behind you. :devil:

April 21 Dave arrives in America!

April 28 WE GET MARRIED!!!

May 9 Went to SS office and was denied

May 15 After gathering all paperwork, told we must file through DORA program

July 19 DORA appointment - they send paperwork to Chicago after this.

July 24 Paperwork is received by Chicago

August 9 Notice for Biometrics appointment

August 28 NOAs for AOS/EAD

Sept 6 Biometrics

Sept 26 Email saying card production ordered for EAD.. YES!!!

Oct 9 EAD card, Yay!!!!!

Dec 31 Finally got the Resident card! Yay!!!

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

This hotel is 10 minutes walk from the embassy and not much more to the medical hotel

It's cheap, not well maintained, but the staff are friendly and helpful. The only meal they serve is breakfast, continental buffet with plenty of choice.

While I wouldn't use it for more than a night or two, it's certainly worth the money because of it's location.

Well done, and Congrats.

We will be calling to TRY and book a medical in the morning, for the first few days in March, if they will let us. I should be able to get an NVC number by then.

BTW, was your medical appt. best available or just when you were available?

Wow... that is fantastic! I hope we're as lucky - I sent my packet 3 off on Monday, it would be amazing to get P4 and an interview date so quickly.

And Buxton Babe... I booked my medical on Monday too - I'm going next Friday, and they seemed to have quite a lot of dates/times available - they even offered me one the next day, but I didn't want that because it wouldn't have given me time to get my vaccinations done first. You shouldn't have any trouble getting a convenient date. :)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png
