Three hours before gunmen attacked an anti-Prophet Muhammad event in Garland, Texas on Sunday, the FBI sent a bulletin to local police with a photo of one of the shooters, Elton Simpson, noting that he was “interested in the event,” FBI director James Comey said.

Well G, considering the massacre that took place in France over the same thing, not to mention they made it a point to hire security that looked like a Special Forces reunion, I'd wager they were counting on something happening. If this was a truly free speech event and no malice was intended, why have security?

And don't forget, they are 100,000 Muslims living in that town. They all skipped the event. The gunmen drove from two states over.

Why can't we deal with the real and present threat of radical Islam without feeling like doing so will have some effect on non-radical Islam? Radical Islam is a problem. We need to deal with it. Marvin, you're not the problem. Reasonable and rational people know this and don't really care how or what you worship. You need to stop defending you religion and join the rest of us in dealing with these people that want to take away our rights. What problem do we have with radical Islam here in the US? NB posted every single event since 2002, and it barely broke into the 100's. Are we going to use this last occurrence to measure how bad things are? More people get killed in Chicago on the weekend than 5 years worth of "radical" Islam. A dude mows down 27 people for no apparent reason, but we say Muslims need to be watched. We have people who wipe out their families and themselves, shooting each other over texting in the movie theatre, or road rage, or just because. But we declare Muslims are the clear and present danger?

Do you think there are some here on American soil that will do us harm ? . This is a terrorist attack pure and simple . The same as what happened in Paris . Imam linked to 1993 WTC bombing to speak at ‘Stand With Prophet’ event in Texas

An unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing is a featured speaker at the “Stand With the Prophet in Honor and Respect” conference this weekend in Garland, Texas.

Muslim leaders plan to gather Saturday at Garland’s Curtis Culwell Center for the conference hosted by the group Sound Vision. The event is being billed as a “movement to defend Prophet Muhammad, his person, and his message,” according to event information, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

Imam Siraj Wahhaj, a black leader of the Muslim Alliance in North America, is scheduled as a keynote speaker. Mr. Wahhaj was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing — meaning authorities believed he was connected to the bombing but never brought charges against him.

Looking at easily 10K gun homicides a year, 10% of that over 15 years, you have 15,000 casualties at the hands of Christians. And yet, nobody in the RWNJ sphere is afraid of them Christians. Sweet how them double standards work, ain't it?

How many millions of dollars and hundred of thousands of man hours did it take to bring justice to the community of Boston . . These are terrorist events ... Who will be their next target . One of the shooters was on the FBI list for years . Part of a nationwide sleeper cell . He had been known to be tweeting with ISIS . . He did not make a decision to kill on the spur of the moment. He had plans to head across the pond to learn how to kill over there. This Wahhaj fellow that was invited to speak . What was his message to the community.. A fellow that had connections to the world trade center bombings. ...... authorities believed he was connected to the bombing but never brought charges against him... In other words he was involved but gave folks up to save his neck. . You should refresh your memory about that event . Mass destruction .
