If she was in a coma or was hooked into life support that would have been a good excuse not to travel back to the US. A simple visit to the doctor, clinic or hospital won't be enough. It has to be something MAJOR.

So why has she been gone so long, you never saId?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

She was seek but not really she has her medical records, but I think it is not enough.

she has Rheumatism and Arthritis

Rheumatism IS rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease. I can tell you for a fact, because I have RA, treatment is far better here in the US than in the Middle East, as a matter of fact there are little to no conventional treatments in the Middle East. I sought treatment on a few of my trips and the closest rheumatologist to Jordan was in Dubai.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a major and serious auto immune disease, I am currently under going chemotherapy for it. But there is little to no available treatment in that part of the world for it, and it certainly wouldn't prevent her from traveling back to the U.S. for treatment unless she is in advanced stages. When it is in end stages it causes organ failure including heart, kidney, lung and liver failure. It doesn't sound as though she is close to this point. Sadly it is a very painful and debilitating disease. The fact of the matter treatment is the US for RA is far better and superior than in any other part of the world, and traveling there for treatment would have been counter productive. Hi every one, thank you apple 21 and mimolicious.

I you are right.

We have another problem, when my mother got her green card in 2007, during the 2007,2008,2009,2010,2011 she just spent one month in U.S . in 2012 she was here for 6 month and 2013 for 5 month.

Because of this she has been out of U.S for two years and half she thinks she can past it as always .

She was seek too bout as I said not really and she just has the doctor prescription.

What is your idea? Is it problem for my sister case?

One of our friends in this site said :

And what is your sister's PD? If you applied in 2007, they are already current which means they should've got their papers processed and interview scheduled as well. But your mom being away has created a problem, as she no longer may enjoy LPR status. But don't worry make a serious effort, its an uphill task, maybe you will succeed.

What do you think? Do my sister's have chance?

Perhaps somebody who speaks Farsi could explain it better?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

They think I don't want bring them here :( but it is not true .

I explained completely for them but they said if NVC knows about our case they did not send us paper.

I told them what you said yesterday but they don't accept it .

Then leave them to it, the chips will fall where they will.
