Thanks to all:-) One question: have you heard og the DS-2000? It is not a form to fill out, it is kind of a checklist... It is an information form for evidence that may be presented to meet the public charge provisions of the law, but as far as I get this, if I have the filled out I-134, I don't need plus evidences regarding financial issues...

My fiance went in for his interview and they questioned him so much on how we met. We met on facebook, and they questioned so much about that.

They looked at some of his documents, but just kept questioning everything about facebook and how I got the money to go see him.

Then after everything, they handed him back his passport and gave him a white slip and the white slip told him to go back to the interview at 2pm.

That is in 2 hours.

I am really hoping he gets approved. I don't know what I'm going to do if he doesn't...... We are going to have a baby in December and I really need him here..

DAY 139 - many thanks to all who are supporting the ongoing saga of the incredible and perilous journey that my fiancé are enduring.

It makes it much easier when you know you have the support of your fellow Americans (that sounded like part of a political speech)

Congratulations to EVERYONE else who is just about there.

I'm coming in the middle of your process and conversations about your case RH but I was thinking, have you contacted a congress person (here is a good thread talking about the steps to contact a congress person (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/505860-letter-to-the-representativesenator/) or the ombudsman?

Email the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV

thank you for the info. I am actually patiently waiting for the official "5 month mark" and am currently composing a letter that will go out to my Senator,Congressman, The White House and now thanks to you the Ombudsman. I am as an American allowed to have a voice and speak my mind and it's gonna be loud.
