Hello,

Does anyone know where I can find the updated forms G-325A and I-864 ?

Form G-325A expired February 28, 2015

Form I-864 expired March 31, 2015

I've been searching on google but couldn't find anything.. I really need and want to get my file sent, I don't want to wait so long since it has already been 3 months that I entered the U.S.

Thank you for your help !!

Whatever form is currently available for download from the official USCIS website should be sufficient for their own operations. I would be surprised if any officer ever pays attention to that part, since it takes them months to look at everything else ...

Don't worry about expiration if you download forms from USCIS website.

Yes I have looked repeatedly for the updated forms;

for the G-325A the page was updated March 9, 2015 but the available form is the one that expired February 28, 2015

same thing for the I-864, but the page hasn't been updated since June 2013 ..

I will send these versions then.

Thank you to everyone for their honest and very helpful answers !!

The OMB(Office of Management and Budget) expiration date only matters internally for the USCIS. That expiration date has nothing to do with whether or not it will be acceptable for you to use. The edition date is what matters. It can be found on the bottom left of the form pages. The accepted edition dates for the forms are listed on the site where the forms can be found and downloaded.

The G-325A states this. > http://www.uscis.gov/g-325a

Edition Date

02/07/13. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 02/07/13 edition or other previous editions.

The I-864 states this > http://www.uscis.gov/i-864

Edition Date

03/22/13. No previous editions accepted.
