I'm concerned about my I-864 as well, all I included was copy of 2014 tax return ( most recent one is required, 2 years before that are optional) we had only filed 2 days before sending the whole application so transcripts were not available at the time. Yesterday I ordered the transcript in case we get a RFE in the future. I'm worried because my wife dnt have pay stubs or anything else to prove the regular payments, all we have is a 1099.

-AOS delivered 03/09/15

-NOA email/text 03/13/15

-NOA in the mail 03/20/15

-Biometric letter 03/27/15

Well we stated the amount, but didn't include the tax return. But anyway you have to send the transcript for the last tax year, but for the rest it is not mandatory.

Hmm I didn't know that thought you needed transcripts for all years. I sent them all lol.

Got the biometric appointment letter, scheduled for April 15th. Husband and I might make a day of it and look at some used cars (we are also going to move soon).

03/17/2015 (Day 0): USPS shows delivered

03/24/2015 (Day 7): Received electronic NOAs for all forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)

03/31/2015 (Day 14): Received hardcopy NOAs for all forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)

04/03/2015 (Day 17): Received biometrics appointment letter scheduled for 04/15/2015

04/15/2015 (Day 29): Biometrics done

06/03/2015 (Day 77): called USCIS to open up a case inquiry, case was not assigned anyone.

06/05/2015 (Day 79): received email confirmation of case inquiry. Case assigned to officer, standard reply that the case is under review, blah blah.

06/11/2015 (Day 85): apparently NOA is issued on this day, EAD/AP approved the day before, see next line.

06/16/2015 (Day 90): received hardcopy NOA in mailbox, EAD/AP approved. No updates electronically.

06/19/2015 (Day 93): EAD/AP combo card received in mail! Online status suddenly changed to card delivered.

07/13/2015 (Day 117): received electronic NOA for I-485, interview scheduled for August 13th!

08/13/2015 (Day 147): interview! I think we are approved?

08/29/2015 (Day 163): e-notification that card is being produced!

08/31/2015 (Day 165): I-130 approved, welcome notice mailed.

09/03/2015 (Day 168): Card mailed.

09/08/2015 (Day 173): Received green card!

It's been 2 weeks since I got the hard copies of the NOA1 (March 21st). Still no biometrics appointment. Not sure what's going on. Any thoughts?

3/12/15 - (Day 1)- AOS package delivered to Dallas Lockbox

3/17/15 - (Day 6)- Got NOA1 via emails and texts

3/21/15 - (Day 10)- Received the hard copies of the NOAs via mail

4/08/15 - (Day 28)- Received the hard copy of my biometrics appointment. Scheduled for 4/22/15

4/15/15 - (Day 35)- Walk in Biometrics... FAIL! Supervisor at the Boston ASC asked me to come back at 8am on the day of the appointment (4/22/14).

4/22/15 - (Day 42)- Biometrics Completed

5/15/15 - (Day 65) - I-485 - Card in Production

Yes you are right, only the last tax is required. The others are optional but since you have already stated them, then you would have to prove it somehow.. I think that's why they sent you the RFE. It's always better to send in whatever you have. Let us know how it goes.

- 03/25/2015 : Package sent via USPS certified mail with return receipt.

- 03/27/2015 : Notification from USPS - Package delivered and signed for at 7am.

- 04/01/2015 : Emails/Texts from USCIS.

- 04/02/2015 : Money was taken out of bank account.

- 04/06/2015 : Hard copies of receipts.

- 04/10/2015 : Biometrics letter in mail. Scheduled for 04/20

- 04/20/2015 : Biometrics completed. In and out in 5 min.

- 05/15/2015 : Opened a service request about the EAD

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card picked up by post office.

- 05/19/2015 : EAD card delivered.

- 08/25/2015 : Interview scheduled for 09/29/2015 (approved on spot)

- 10/03/2015 : Card received (4 days after interview)

Sooooo my NOA kind of got skipped, didnt receive any texts/emails n also didnt receive the hardcopy. I got the biometric appointment direct for the 15th of April. (Finally!! Yayy)

Should i call them n ask about the NOA?

22 december 2014 - POE on VWP in EWR

26 december 2014 - married

2015 decided to do AOS

20 march - packet sent

22 march - arrived at chicago (day 1)

27 march - check cashed (day 6)

5 april - bio appointment received for april 15 (day 15)

10 april - sucessfull walkin bio + finally received NOAs (day 20)

15 april - original bio date (day 25)

2 june - EAD approved (day 70)

30 july - e-mail received, interview is scheduled on sept 2 (day 130)

Waiting for interview now..

2 sept - interview (on day 164..)

Glad to hear you won't have problems with your RFE. By the way does your spouse make more than the required minimum and they still want a joint sponsor? Or he doesn't and that's why they want a joint sponsor?

Some people are lucky enough to receive their biometric notices so quick, others like me and you have to wait a few more weeks depending on how busy our asc are. You actually have 30 days from the day your biometrics fee was accepted to start worrying. So hang in there.

I am also curious about your rfe. Were you expecting it when you filed or this is completely a surprise. My husband barely made it above the poverty line for last year's income so I am worried about this too.

@Lettyana @awe... With the result of our own calculation, my wife earn above the poverty guideline... Before we sent the papers in, we discussed with a USCIS call center representative and she told us to go ahead that it looks good. My wife can't believe we got the RFE over her not meeting up or getting over the poverty line. She still want to call back to truly know the problem. I wasn't surprised... With such a process I am open for anything... Anything can happen! I also want to ask: Can someone who already is a sponsor for someone else, sponsor me at the same time?
