We got the interview waiver letter in July and on 9-11 they ordered his card. Wow, we never expected it to go so well. No RFEs during any process. So grateful. Congrats to others and speedy process to those still waiting. Love and light, Kim

Much like the other posts previous to this one, received an update yesterday that my AOS had been approved and that my GC is in production.

Wasn't expecting this after the interview waiver letter stating a "big back log" and "up to 6 months"

Thank you to anyone who has helped with my questions and all the best to everyone else applying.

Thank you, it's a big relief and was certainly an unexpected surprise during my lunch yesterday!

I received my work permit at the start of June, and my potential waiver letter towards the end of June. If that helps you in anyway!

Omg just like you guys, my birthday was on sep 7th, and I got the waiver early June, I had the email notification service, but I never got an update, so last Saturday I opened the mailbox and I had a priority envelope and I said weird, then the normal USCIS envelope and I said , because what else could it be, and I was right I got an excellent birthday present by the government, I'm finally a resident, so got those with a waiver it may be way less than the 6 months they said.

I didn't send any proof of marriage except marriage certificate. I strictly followed vj instructions so far and I had no problems. Good luck :)

This must be a function of the office that adjudicates the application. My wife's AOS was sent in as soon after we were married as possible in March. We received 1 RFE then for my income information which I forgot to include. We received the NPIW letter in June. With all the approvals of March filers this month I expected we would see her approval as well. Low and behold, last week we received a 2nd RFE for additional proof of marital union. So now we're waiting again.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Everything here seems so random, and I guess it all depends on the mood of the officer that is processing your application, which really is not fair. With all other stories I read here I was expecting much longer wait, and approval came to my total surprise. I wish you luck, and fast process from now, hope your GC will arrive soon after RFE response.
