Hello If you filed for AOS, EAD and AP, then yes, you are supposed to have 3 case numbers. I filed only for AOS and EAD, and I have 2 case numbers. I see we entered the US the same day

I just got back from my biometric appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm, but my husband and I arrived at noon. They let us in and we went through security. First I had to fill out a form

I just posted earlier about calling USCIS and now I checked the mail I receive a potential waiver ..

It just say wait for 6 months again. Ohh cmon

-04/05/2015 Rfe response review update on USCIS website said I will receive decision till June 14,2015

-05/19/2015 EAD "card was ordered to produce"

Just received the letter in the mail saying the application is approved with notice date of 6/10! (NOA1: 3/23) My status online didn't change and remains unchanged though. I also called USCIS for service request on 12th and the lady on the phone did not know/mention anything about the approval? Anyway, best of luck for everyone! I hope everyone gets to see progress in their cases soon!

Hey! I am in the same boat! My EAD got approved on June 11th but it's still "my case was received" on the website. I am little worried about it but it should be fine.

We received our Notice of Potential Interview Waiver today as well but to be honest I could really care less how long the GC takes.....it doesnt change anything and as long as we are together and have the work permit I am happy! I would hate to go through the interview process again because it was emotionally draining at the embassy in London. The fact we can work, travel, and be with out loved ones is amazing. All we have to do is wait for a piece of paper to arrive in the mail around Christmas....no worries!

Just received my interview notice.......... Interview date july 20 two days before my daughter's birthday. The end is finally insight :dancing:

I submit my AOS (I-485, I-765, I-131) March 16........ but I had submit my I-130 October 20, 2014 because my husband did not have his citizenship at the time I had to wait to submit AOS.

March 24 was our NOA date and we are still waiting to hear anything about the EAD or AOS.. Biometrics were done 4/15... Anyone else in the same boat??
