Huh, crazy. Maybe it is an un-deliverable RFE. Which is good because it means someone has your file (!!) but bad because if you don't get this sorted out, you could have some problems down the road. Did you apply for an expedite?

Yes,we did apply to expedite, but never had an opportunity to send the evidence...we got an email explaining that our situation is not expedite case

Or maybe...its just Uscis mistake. m fiancee just called them and Lady said, that have no information about it, but she can send a request and we will receive an answer till June 19

And i wonder, can it b an Rfe....so early. But the truth is that we are really waiting for Rfe. Bcz made some mistakes in Petition.

Optimism is good and everything, but when faced with the actual numbers and the actual current processing rate, thinking that July or August is possible is just being in denial about the reality of the situation.

That said, IF this agency, known for its chronic lying, obfuscation of the truth, and general ill-treatment of its clients, IF USCIS is being honest about having hired hundreds of new people, AND if some of those hundreds of people are assigned to i-129fs instead of other petitions, then yes, maybe maybe July/August is possible.

My opinion on the matter is that yes, they did hire hundreds of people, but it was too little too late and the training time needed for them is actually slowing things down. Plus, it is unlikley that they will assign anyone to i-129fs, as DACA is the administration's stated priority, and the spousal visas and the green cards are more backed up than we are. If anything speeds up enough for July/August to be possible, you'll need to start seeing a serious upswing in October/November approvals starting next week. I mean like 3 times the normal speed, and seriously starting next week.

There will no doubt be lucky ones who get approvals in July/August - but not the bulk if current performance is any trend. I personally try to stay realistic, cause the disappointment in the past has been so depressing...

i feel that they are trying start from month dec proving that they processing within 5 months and max 6, no one knows how they work, and yes i am talking about there will be lucky ones will get the approvals in july and august, by august i will complete 6 months in this process and i see so many people got the approval in that time from so it is not possible, for example some approvals happened to jan this month, i feel like they are trying, and maybe they have a plan specially they dont have any k1 petitions after march because they are all routed to csc, so i hope and pray they will speed the process

True and a very reasonable explanation. To be conservative, follow the month that is 80% or 90% complete and calculate from that month. Yes, the light bulb goes on when you see a late Dec or or Jan NOA1 getting approved but I would refrain from speculating on that information alone.

On lighter side, I am beginning to visualize all the lines as TSC or CSC, esp when there are multiple counters - at Tolls, airlines, cafe etc.

I posted this elsewhere today, I think there is hope in that the applications in the back half of 2014 are smaller than the first half of204 by a lot overall. Low numbers can't hurt in speeding things up. Here is what I looked at

I have spent the weekend looking over the data inside VJ using the tables. It seems to me that in the 2nd quarter of 2014 TSC got killed with more applications they could handle. In looking at our VJ data a number of applications in April and May 2014 were shown here to have moved from TSC to CSC and were expedited. If we can believe that VJ data is a representative sample of what is happening at USCIS for K-1 visa's I think I can see why they are not transferring any cases. The reason is that the number of actual cases (which they know measured in NOA1i applications) in the back half of 2014 actually is going down. Here is my table to show it.
