You have to be careful with that without an interview date. The consulate my fiance needs to go to requires the medical 10 days prior to the interview, other consulates require it the same day as the interview.

It looks like your ok, I found the following for the "United Kingdom" in the Embassy Info section:

New info as of mid-October 2010: The visa interview will not be scheduled until the Embassy has received the results of the medical examination, so get the medical acheduled early, but after you have returned the forms and checklist so your files will match up.

New info as of June 2011: You will be asked to bring your Police Certificate to the medical appointment.

I just got off the phone with NVC, apparently I had the wrong prefix to my case number....I had LTZ and the the actual is LPZ, I guess since I speak with a kind of heavy NY accent the T and P sound the same, therefore when I originally verified and later called 2 more times the customer service reps heard my T as a P and were able to bring up my case.

I now can see it on CEAC, and its still at NVC.

Glad to know you have the right number!

My case status just changed to "In Transit " :) so it'll be come to embassy soon!!!

Now my question is what can we do while we are waiting for my case to come here? Is there anything we can prepare??

Since I have the #'s I need from the NVC can my fiancé fill out the next set of papers or do we have to wait for anything else?

Yes. He can use it to call Knightsbridge and book his medical while you wait for it to be sent to the consulate. He can also fill out his visa application, pay the fees and submit the readiness form once he has his medical appointment (it can be entered onto the form as a future date).

He's coming home soon and your family will be complete :)
