Hi, yes, we are London :)

Our case status has had a few updates and I knew what 3 of them were, but now it's all very mysterious.

Our case showed as 'Ready' the day DHL delivered the package (April 10th)

I submitted the readiness form on April 12th which was a Sunday and there was an update on April 13th

Our medical results were received and our case showed an update on April 15th.

There was an update on April 17th, but we have no idea what it was. We had been trying to make sure they had my new address because I've moved and USCIS didn't respond to our letter to them in January, so it could have been that.

it's exciting, yet a bit of an anticlimax now that, after waiting so long and then having enjoyed a month of continuous progress, all we can do is wait for them to send a letter with the interview date.

jignid, don't fret about it. You can call NVC again and get them. You only need these numbers later on when you pay for the visa fees. Give th a call tomorrow night. I know there is a wait, but NVC agents have been so nice every time we called it's a pleasure after USCIS.

I am glad that you guys are done with everything. I pray your Consulate issue you an interview date soon.

Thank you so much for your kind words and support :) We are hoping that everyone in our group has a swift journey to the alter now, after this horrific wait. Champagne on standby to go on ice for this one :D

Planetney, I believe the one that I PM'd you with is yours, it left on April 13th, as your timeline or signature states, and made it to the embassy on the April 15th, I checked all dates between April 10th and today and that was the only one sent to Bolivia.

IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE: Check your email SPAM or JUNK folder for the email from the Embassy...when I received mine that's where it was in the SPAM folder.

We are in Transit!!!!

No. It's given to you by NVC. So when you call for your case number ask for your invoice and beneficiary number as well because you will need it to fill out the DS 160 online. Hope this helps.

Thank you!

The waiting never ends. Montreal embassy sucks balls. No appointments available indefinitely. Basically have to check the website like a mad woman to see when they will randomly release some dates.

Packet 3 is the instructions you receive from your Embassy/Consulate for documents such as your police check, birth certificate, a copy of your passport. Packet 4 is your confirmation for the interview date and a list of what you should bring to the interview. Have a look at your embassy/consulate website, it will tell you exactly what those 2 packets are. Every embassy/consulate works differently so its best to contact your embassy/consulate about those packets. And yes its about time you get your medical examination done! Goodluck! :)

Good morning VJ family. The Consulate replied my email this morning, telling my fiancé to use his visa payment receipt to make an interview appointment online and follow the instruction for fiancé visa applicants @ htt://us travel docs.com. If he encounter any problem accessing or using the online appointment system to email or call them. I thought they give the date I guess things have change.Wow! Things are moving.

Very soon we will be with our love..

. I hope the waiting ends for you soon and you get an interview date soon!!

Quick question. Fiancé filed the police cert (London) and mailed it 2.5 weeks ago. Overnighted it, paid for 2 day return. Today he gets an email saying it was received on the 15th and will now be processed. How long did it take for everyone? This is what's been holding us up. Did anyone get this email and then get the police cert right away after?

Thanks for helping!!
