I am a February filer too. Just got NOA1 about two days ago. Is there any spreadsheet for 2015 applicants whereby we're able to follow and track each other's progress? Thanks I'd appreciate the help. If there's a link, please copy and paste it for me in here. Thank u

Hello all,

My wife submitted our petition on the 3rd and it was received on the 4th of February. We got our NOA1 dated February 6th. We were sent to the Nebraska service center. They don't seem to be one of the fast ones though. Hoping somehow many we get pushed through magically as my wife is 3 months pregnant and will need a c-section, so she will need help. I know not much chance but I can hope :)

Maybe Nebraska will get magically faster. To bad there is such a difference between service centers.

Good luck all,

Brent

Wow. Congratulations, and on the pregnancy too. You can ask for expedition for your petition since she is pregnant. Look it up. I'm not sure how it's done.

From what I have read being pregnant isn't reason for expedite. Unless it is a high risk pregnancy. Not sure if because she needs to have a c-section if that helps but it doesn't look to promising.

Filed I-130 on February 11th 2015. DCF

No email or snail mail yet.

I think you should only start to panic after 3 weeks.

DCF goes much quicker too! You will be done before your know it!
