We didn't receive any email yet. But I think the cheque was on processed of being cashed last night. I guess that's our NOA1 then.

Hope I will hear new updates from everyone too :)

Congratulations are in order then. I'm praying for some news on our side too.

Just handed in the I-130 packet to FedEx an hour ago, I'm officially a February filer! :)

Praying that our packet (sent from abroad with international address) gets into the fastlane queue, and reallllllllly hoping that our file sneaks into the queue just ahead of the coming deluge from the current immigration / political / I'll stop there before i get reprimanded for language ;)

Finally got that load off, now to anxiously wait a bit, then get a jump start on the NVC paperwork.

I'm not sure how long exactly but I do know they have backlog and most Texas petitioners are not happy right now. it's pretty slow.

Search for Texas group here, you should get better understanding. All the best and God bless you.

Thanks, that is the hope... from my understanding that seems to be what usually happens, depending on which service center I get transferred to. Waiting with baited breath to find out... and resisting the urge to check the fedex tracking number that won't even be in the system yet :P
