This is a terrible situation. I feel so bad for you! Keep your head up and you should apply for the student visa and they will see that you left accordingly and that will work in your favor.

Your chances are the same as they were before when you applied for an F1 visa.

I say your chances increase slightly because you came on a valid visa and did not abuse it. In the eyes of the US that counts for a lot. You did the right thing. You could've stayed illegally but you didn't.

Better chance since you left so that's in your favor but they will wonder what is the obsession with coming to the USA.

The next application would be your 4th attempt.

You have to have a solid foundation with your next student application, which school, what finances etc.....solid and bullet proof convincing.

I would wait several years and let some time pass. Back to back student visa application with K1 mixed in does not look good, it makes you look

desparate.

I wish you the best for a successful future and sorry you had a wishy washy fiance. Being with a cheater is not worth it, even if you had talked it through

and married, it probably would have been hell on earth.

Not sure about finances, her parents bought the return ticket.

Very true. OP needs solid proof that he can cover the tuition and living expenses during the period of the intended study which is a lot.

Unless that is covered another application is a waste of time in my opinion. Not sure how scholarships fit into all of this.

  • Transcripts and diplomas from previous institutions attended;
  • Scores from standardized tests required by the educational institution such as the TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT, etc.;
  • Financial evidence that shows you or your parents who are sponsoring you have sufficient funds to cover your tuition and living expenses during the period of your intended study. For example, if you or your sponsor is a salaried employee, please bring income tax documents and original bank books and/or statements. If you or your sponsor own a business, please bring business registration, licenses, etc., and tax documents, as well as original bank books and/or statements.

It is a sad story to read. I feel for you.

I agree with one poster, you should give this some time, before reapplying, as too many visa requests, within a short period of time, shows a certain degree of wanting to be here to much, can be a "red flag!"
