Dwheels76,

I read the page one, and that's someting about notification to the Embassy for scheduling the interview faster. What is the requirements to do that?

There is no requirement. It's not like a expedite. Many here have done. Well actually the only requirement is your casefile has to be at the embassy. Once it gets there (you will know when your status changes to READY. you email the embassy stating you would like to request an earlier date.

I am sure you saw the letter pinned on the 1st post. Some people have some real pressing issues some have kids they need to get in school. Some have graduations. If you have something to explain the better to explain. send it and they will let you know.

Every embassy is different. UK is very accommodating and alomost always changes dates. But they aren't everybody.

Hi guys,

I have question regarding my passport. My interview is scheduled for March 16th and my passport expires on August 14th which means at the time of the interview it will be only be valid for another 5 months. My question is at the time of the interview does my passport need to be valid for another 6 months as they suggest on some of the other forms.. I don't really want to go through the process of renewing it unless its absolutely necessary of course.

Thanks!
