There is no such thing. "Expedited citizenship" privilege is given to active duty military and spouses of us citizens. After 3 years vs. 5

no. you need to be married with your husband for 3 yrs, and stayed in the US for that period of time, did not leave the US for more than 6 months, and living in same state for at least 3months during filing

You do not, but you can ask for a re-entry permit so you won't loose your greencard despite being out more than a year (as long as it's less than 2 years).

No... If your USC spouse was the one who was working and you were a househusband who was going to join her abroad, then 319b MIGHT have applied if all other conditions are met.

But this is not the case; you (the foreigner) are taking a job abroad and your wife (the USC) is joining you... not the other way around.

You do not qualify under 319b and as mentioned by someone else; taking a job abroad could be taken as indication of intent to abandon permanent residence.

The employeer has to be qualified and that are usually job for the government. or government contractors.

Section 319 requires the US citizen to have the qualified job.

You're pretty much S.O.L., other than the re-entry permit others have mentioned. I wanted to take a job overseas too, but had to suck it up and forgo the opportunity so my wife could naturalize.

What you ask for, does not exist, as far as I know, for non-military people.

Active military people get this sometimes.
