Hi whats the update?

They called my husband and asked for my original dovorce papers with my exhusband as we got divorced in nepal,,,, and asked him few more questions. He went to deliver it in person at the embassy on friday. In his account on the ustraveldocs, on his dashboard, there was a box which changed to ( document delivery information) where it was before ( your passport is at the us embassy) and tge ceac status updated on tje same day. Nervous but excited to hear goos news soon .....

Hi guys,


Please I have a question....


At what point can you add your child to your F2A application if the child was not added before now. Is it before NVC sends you welcome letter or at the stage of filling the DS-261 form.

As soon as child born,notify nvc with a birth certificate. Its nothing like to wait for specific stage to add a child.

Hello friends, my greencard and security number has arrived, my POE was in New York in 06/14/2015 and i received a greencard with expirity date for 10 years, so now im worried should i resend it back or its supposed to be 10 years cause the day i was in POE it was more than 2 years that our date of marriage, what about you guys

You got the right GC because at POE you were married 2yrs+ already.

Hi , My wife filled I-130 for me and its was approved on 19 June 2015 and forward to NVC . I received I-797 approval notice of I-130.Now it has been over 1 month and i haven't received any thing from NVC. What should i do now?

Hi , My wife filled I-130 for me and its was approved on 19 June 2015 and forward to NVC . I received I-797 approval notice of I-130.Now it has been over 1 month and i haven't received any thing from NVC. What should i do now?

call them and they will tell you whether they received your case yet and will give you your case and invoice number.
