Guys i need ur help plz for the AOS i had a sponsor coz my income was law but this year it is ok.so if the embassy ask for that is it ok to send mine only??

Your spouse must have your latest ITR and W2 on-hand during his interview. If your income is sufficient they'll accept it BUT if you want to play it safe bring also the joint sponsor's latest ITR and W2.

02/14/2015- Received email from NVC to pay AOS fee and choose agent

02/15/2015- DS-261 generated & filled and AOS fee paid

02/23/2015 - All documents sent

02/24/2015 - NVC received documents

02/28/2015 - NVC Scan Date 02/24/2015

03/04/2015 - Received email from NVC to pay IV fee

03/04/2015 - IV fee paid 03/17/2015 - IV shows "PAID"

03/17/2015 - DS-260 filled and 30 business days for review

03/31/2015 Stupid Checklist :( " need to mark that I'm LPR")

03/31/2015 Sent the corrected I-864EZ

04/01/2015 Scan Date of Stupid checklist

Dordor, I think you should give them a call as my pd is 1 day before yours (23SEP13) and they told me they started processing my case so I should receive an email in within 28 days. So at some point I should be able to do my Choice of Agent.
