5. Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance) certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1. (see example)

Does this has to be original sign of my fiance. or scanned copy is valid

9. G-325A filled out by the foreign fiance(e) with their information, signed and dated (see example).

10. One passport-type photo (see specification) of the foreign fiance(e). Write the full name of the foreign fiance(e) on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of (insert foreign fiance(e) name) ". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

G-325A, not G-325. You have to pay attention to the details in this process.

Question 5: The letter of intent must have an original signature. (EDIT: Some people might respond saying they only sent copies with no original signature, but these are usually not accepted. Better safe than sorry.)

Question 10: Yes, you must send a passport-style photo, as the instructions require.

  • If I were you, I will send requirement documents in original. Some adjudicators don't care whether it is original or scanned ones. But others are really picky. It is save your time and headache for getting RFE by sending original ones.
  • Yes, you need to send passport photos otherwise you will get RFE.

It's been well know on VJ those users who did not send passport photos for I-129F got RFE. Your fiancee has to filled out G-325A because she will signed and dated it. Anyhow, if you don't want to send the passport photos, it is fine. Just wait what USCIS will send you afterwards. Good luck!

I agrree with you ,but my point is simple that VIsa journey information does not seems to be aligned with USCIS current requirments there it does not say.....!

This is only following information i see in requirments page does not say anywhere else if some one knows better link let me know

Eligibility Requirements

If you petition for a fiancé(e) visa, you must show that:

  • You (the petitioner) are a U.S. citizen.
  • You intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e) entering the United States.
  • You and your fiancé(e) are both free to marry and any previous marriages must have been legally terminated by divorce, death, or annulment.
  • You met each other, in person, at least once within 2 years of filing your petition. There are two exceptions that require a waiver:
    1. If the requirement to meet would violate strict and long-established customs of your or your fiancé(e)’s foreign culture or social practice.
    2. If you prove that the requirement to meet would result in extreme hardship to you.

The visa journey instructions are aligned with USCIS requirements. Take the time to read them again, you'll see what we mean.

Don't mix up G325 with G325A, I learned the very hard way. :(

Send in an originally signed G325A and letter of intent, never mind what anyone else or some older posts tell you. It'll take a few extra days to get those from your fiancé if necessary, that's much better than having to reply to an RFE later.
