You aren't alone. I also submitted my IV package in mid September. Then, got an AOS checklist and two months later, an IV checklist. Responded on Dec 23 - got receipt/60 day letter from NVC on Jan 8. Does this mean my scan date is Jan 8? I suppose two weeks doesn't matter in the big picture....

My 8th month at NVC. So frustrating...

My scan date for IV package is Sep 19th, NVC lost my police certificate and received checklist on Dec 4th. I called them many times but they keep telling me about 60 days review time.

Sorry....What I meant to add was the following:

I have read in previous posts that after 2 checklists people are asked to bring missing/incorrect etc... forms to interview. Is this right? Well, I have gotten an AOS checklist, and scan date for that checklist was Nov 18.

Anyy cc today? What date are they on? Seems like they all over the canlendar.

Should I call embassy for status on my expedite request? Yesterday nvc said it was forward to embassy no timeframe on them responding back.
