There is a thread totally devoted to this topic. No offense, but you haven't even reached the 30 day mark. No need to panic just yet.

Here's that thread. There are also several others. It seems many are experiencing the same issue from CSC-NVC. The above thread will give u tips on how to proceed. VJ member ThatAngela has been very helpful to those in your situation. I hope you get your case # soon! Best of luck!

Try calling NVC first thing 7am eastern standard time. You may also want to correct your timeline consulate to show the Philippines. It currently is at the default Armenia. This will help you when your file gets to the embassy and you have further questions.

Hi Usmsbow :) thank u for your reply.. i will look for that thread. I'm just worried that "they might" misplaced our documents that's why NVC mail hasn't arrived yet plus were having hard time contacting NVC..If it's normal for having such delay, then i shouldn't be worried at all :)

You're welcome! After you change the consulate to Philippines go all the way to the bottom of the screen and click "submit changes" button. That should make it stay.

I have also found calling late at night helps since they are open until midnight! Both times I called I tried on Friday nights around 10:30 and got through on the first try! I called to get our case number after our NOA2 in October and they had our case number within a week. I also called the of November to check on our interview date which they gave me over a week before my fiance ever received the interview letter from the embassy! Good luck everyone!

I think CSC sends batches to NVC less regularly than TSC. We got our NOA2 the same date as you and got our case number last week. So hopefully you will have yours ASAP. Good luck :)
