I received 2 text messages, I really got my hopes up. The only thing different is the dates. My original noa1 is august 18. But the update from lastnight say august 14th.so I guess they just fixed the problend they were having when they changed the website.

I signed up for email and text updates.. Never happened.. The on,y way I found out about the RFI was me logins into their site.. Quite a disappointment that was the only way to find out even though we signed up for updates

same happened here! since the website was updated I wasnt able to check my case either online or over the phone. last night we got 2 text msgs saying our case was updated! was so excited thinking it was our approval but no, it only said that our case is in initial review!!! hopefully our approvals come soon!!!

I am hoping for an answer too, but unfortunately it looks like that the system has been just fixed.

Yes they fixed the system finally but I'm still holding out hope that those approvals are coming right behind this. They have to be!!

I think you are right about the approvals coming soon. I just check the website this morning and my change from response received to approve.

I received 4 texts at 11.21 am today stating my case was updated. Nebraska I130 NOA1 Aug 6. My case was never accessible online after the switch to the new website layout. It worked ok on the automated phone updates, then it quit working last week. Now both the online and phone state "On Aug 6 we received your..." I was hoping that approval was on the way but apparently they are just fixing the system glitches?

Same happened to me, I call customer service today and nothing as far as updates just the old message...this is so disheartening, pd 7/10....

I am so sorry I thought since I got approved they was approving a lot of petitions. I do hope you and everyone else get approve soon

i call usic today regarding a service request i made on nov20th and they said i have to Waite 60 days to get respond from them

any one did it before ????? does it help to faster my case
