I would like to know that how long will it take for me if I get married to Pakistani guy and bring him here via I-130. Actually,i have been married before to Pakistani guy and I brought him to USA via I-130 based on my citizenship. But as soon as my ex husband got his u.s. Nationality, he divorced me. What I would want to know that if I am going to apply for my new husband . Won't it be taking longer than expected time since they will investigate the case to assure that it's not fraud case? Should I be hiring a lawyer to expedite the case? Or any suggestions?

Tricky but say 2 years

Yes you can expect scrutiny.

The lawyer can't expedite your case. You'll still be going through the same process again, except this time, they would definitely scrutinize.

Just apply and just go with the flow. As is, right know they're taking longer than usual for our cases.

About 12-18 months. Since it's a male from Pakistan, you're pretty much guaranteed an undetermined amount of time in AP.

If you have enough enduring power then you should apply.. But you already have a big red flag
