I guess my real question was when does the NVC let the embassy know about your interview lol

I was wondering if it would be right before they tell us, right after or, how you have pointed out, once they get our file.

I am sure embassy may know but until your case file gets to the embassy they will not deal with you because they do not have your papers. They have to look at you case file to determine if they can accommodate you. So until it arrives sending an email is a waste.

Usually within 2 weeks case file are at embassy. Some get sent out within a few days some a few weeks.

I am sure embassy may know but until your case file gets to the embassy they will not deal with you because they do not have your papers. They have to look at you case file to determine if they can accommodate you. So until it arrives sending an email is a waste.

We'll have to wait then. Once that we got our date and we are aware that the embassy has our case file, we'll decide if it is worth it to email them and try to eat up a few days.

I'll update my information as soon as I heard about my interview date in case that you are interested in adding me to your sheet. I am aware we are not many Spaniards around lol

*Received what I thought was a false checklist on this date as well*

*Problems: Called on 10/27/14 11/5/14 and 11/20/14 just to be proactive On all of these dates except the last, NVC kept telling me that my IV document probably hadn't been reviewed yet. On 11/20 the representative told me that the BC needed to be inextensa and the marriage license. True enough I had sent an extracto. But requested a supervisor review bc I knew the marriage lic was inextensa. 2 days later called again and got the same supervisor who told me that the marriage lic needed the proper signed legalizada (sticker on the back)

Sent necessary documents/Received: 11/20/14 and 11/26/14

Called 12/15/14: got Arthur....after he checked and verbally spanked he sent me to supervisor Silvia who said she would pull my file and try to figure it out.

Case complete: 12/19/14 Sylvia called and left a voicemail, called and confirmed later that night and status changed to N/A.

I called Nvc to check if they scheduled interview date.. they said not yet. KINGston only schedule a few a month..Does anyone know if this is true? Cc on 12/23...they said they are scheduling interviews for February. I dont see that they scheduled any in January. Wondering why?

Im waiting from the 14th November for my interview date from Kingston nd nothing yet! That was my case complete date.. I'm wondering if there's a date for.me

I got my interview scheduled for FEB 24!!!!!!!! SO HAPPYYYYYYY!!!! I have couple of questions.

1. how long till I get my P4 letter ?

2. what do I need to do to get prepared for interview?

3. Can I call the Armenian Consulate and request an earlier date for interview. NVC said if consulate allows and earlier date it's fine with us.

Help please.

Tdier, has your case been sent to the embassy? I read some where on her thats as of December 1, you have to schedule your own interview by going on embassy website..has anyone else heard that?
