Ok i'm trying to register on loomis and I've selected the branch I want my Visa/Passport sent to - but now it's telling me to schedule an appointment?! What is that??? Isn't my interview already scheduled at NVC?? Should I select a date and time? I'm not understanding why it's asking me to do this...

Figured it out! Apparently I picked 'the scheduled by NVC' option instead of 'courier services only' - I panicked (for the umpteenth time this week!) thinking that I was rescheduling my interview date....NLR in a previous post came to the rescue again :)

My Wife's Interview has been scheduled for January 16th, 2015 at Mumbai consulate. We already scheduled the biometrics the day before interview in Mumbai & also scheduled the physical for 29th of this month. Her file shows that its still at NVC, which I confirmed today. Now, is it something we have to worry about that it is still 'At NVC' when Interview has been scheduled and it should be reaching the consulate before that. right??

My Wife's Interview has been scheduled for January 16th, 2015 at Mumbai consulate. Don't worry it will get there. My hubbys interview was scheduled for Jan. 8th yet NVC did not ship it out until Dec. 11. It should only take a few days to get there when they do ship it.

This might be it. Since you are an expedite. Used EXP 12 DEC 2014A date range 11 -16

Hi patnjac!

So, we didn't receive this letter with the things I need to take to the embassy, because I believe it happens after they schedule an interview, which they didn't. Before tracking down anything on DHL you might first check the ceac status and see if it says "in transit". If so, it means its going to the embassy. If it says "at NVC" it's because its still there and there's no help tracking DHL.

So, first check the ceac and then move on from there. I'm also expedite, but since we're from different countries, each embassy might do things on their own way, who knows.

Please let me know about your ceac status. :)

You can track it....it just depends on when they sent it out whether DHL will have it in their system. I kept checking til ours showed up on their system them once it did I watched it til it was signed for by an Embassy rep.

Hi guys, my case status changed as READY and down is Case number, with red letters + just they added 01 TBL. TBL - Tbilisi but why they did it at all, does it means something ?
