Uscis processing times have been updated. On October 31st, they were processing May 6th petitions. Kinda disappointing that it took them a month to go through the April petitions when majority of them were transferred in August.

They are lying of course. It's been pretty clear they've been working on June since last month.

If I had a guess for us it'll be between Feb-Mar before we see any hints of movement on October cases. It could be later for some. This is one of the reasons why I'm starting dress alterations in March. No doubt it will still be several months after March until he has his interview. At this rate it will probably be late summer before he's here as long as there's no further hitches.. but no one knows what will happen once executive order cases start being put into the system.

That's what I estimate it at too. Around Feb, hopefully our guesses pay off. If TSC decided to speed up after christmas though that'd be great too. At least I'm getting to visit over the holidays, my flight out is next week Wed, hope MIA customs doesn't give me hassle

Good luck! We thought it to be too much of a gamble for my fiance to visit the States, so I bought a ticket to see my fiance in 2 weeks. More money & less time for visit than if he were to come, unfortunately, but it's worth it!

I estimate February-March (hoping February, though!), as well, based on the 5 month mark that they've typically been hitting with most of these cases. They're definitely into June at this point, if not July.

From what I've seen, it looks like they go through about a month every month (like now it'll take a month to get to August filers, if that makes sense!). So for Oct filers- from July is 3 months they have to go through, meaning 3 more months of our waiting until they get to Oct filers (I'm early Oct), as we've already waited 2 months [so in January they'll hopefully be in August filers, February- Sept filers, and March-Oct filers, but let's hope for earlier than this!]. I'm hoping for February!

Yeah but I think you have to take into account that even though it appears they have moved through 2 months worth of petitions in 2 months time, those 2 months of petitions were only a fraction of the true number of petitions they receive in a month because of the transfers. And that the rest of this month could very well almost come to a halt with the holidays.

I'm predicting the end of April based on Josh's numbers in the June TSC thread and the official numbers. I don't want to set myself up to be upset if it doesn't come in February.

I just got it too and 4 text messages. It is noa1. It just means they are finally get the cases loaded into the case status site.

So we have a NEW date for NOA1... 2 months past our original?

No, it should still be the original date. Mine is. I believe once they manually (or figured out how to get the databases to sync) updated our statuses on the website, this email was sent as a rule when they entered the info that they've received the petition. Does that make sense? I have a little bit of work experience with databases and systems so I think I've got an idea of what's happening.

Weird, though! When I called it said almost the same thing as usual with a slight difference. And the email wasn't identical to the NOA1 which is why I was so confused. It said processing update rather than acceptance like with noa1.

Ugh. I'd rather them transfer all our cases!

haha My profession is Database Administrator.... and I still panicked. I know how much trouble it can be to sync databases, that's why I haven't complained about the new system and not being able to log in. But today.... sheer panic when I saw that text. We still have so much to do and things to get ready for. We are counting on the normal 5-6 months wait time
