Cool.

So Mr. Smarty aka TheBigO,

When is our interview? :-) LOL

hehehehe If I could calculate that I would be a very happy man.

Was thinking of calling tonight (it is now Tuesday AM here in Australia) to see if they have started scheduling.

On another note...

I am so glad the maths prediction is working out for most people!! For those who it has not worked out for, it seems they are receiving checklists. They are still being reviewed within the predicted time frame but instead of CC they get check-listed.

Your work is brilliant and crack open of the big secret NVC door so we thank you.

If they start scheduling interviews Wed and Friday of this week and all of next week then maybe we will both get some good news. I'm hoping for January interview.

An update.

We are one of the people that did not understand the 13a total income, I just really thought that you had to put US source income for total income vs all income even from a foreign source as per tax transcript. A dumb mistake but it is what it is.

So after all that hella stress, I phoned the Auckland US Embassy to find out what the story is with NZ police certificates and the immigration officer is actually going to request our file from NVC. This is what I would call a miraculous intervention and luck to come across a wonderful person willing to help out! We also have some other issues going on (father in law is going for a major surgery so I think that is probably the main reason for this unexpected assistance). I am not sure of all the details yet but will keep the forum updated as I find out.

On a total rollercoaster ride at the moment from tears at 5am this morning to cautious hope that we will be leaving the NVC nightmare.

Am I understating the scheduling of interviews correctly?

There will be an initial scheduling of interviews from the last 2 days of the month to the first week of the following month right? Then there is another round of scheduling mid-month? For example: scheduling will begin this week of November through December 5th (next week)? And then there will be another round in mid-December?

Some people are going up the 60th day. . . you still have a few more days to go so hang in there. Also, not sure if you saw Qbanita's post but she received CC on 11/18 (found out today) and her AOS never changed to N/A (it still shows as PAID). So remember that that is never 100% accurate. I know you are in Australia so maybe call on Wednesday before they close for the holiday. Best of luck!
