congrats!

I am the same scan date as you, I called Friday and was told next week apparent my packages weren't reviewed yet.

I keep checking hope for AOS to change to n/a but still says paid.

By the form portal what does that mean,? Is it the first page you come to when you log into the ceac website??

Same situation here. Was told last friday that 60days script. AOS still remains paid.

I check at the sumarry page using either the first or the third link of the ceac page.

What's weird now is that i can no longer access the payment link which previously i can.

I really hope for a cc. Scan date october 6 for both packages that we sent together..

called last wednesday just before thanksgiving and was told my docs was reviewed but they have a doubt on my overseas police certificate, so it has been transferred to supervisor to review, and i was also told there is a checklist email sent to me, but i still have not received that email yet, how long does it take normally to get a checklist emai? i tried to ask rep what information is missing on the certficate so i can send the checklist doc asap, i called 3 times and none of them can tell what specific information is missing. is this normal? if checklist email were already sent but the case is still being reviewed by supervisor, and reps do not know what information on the checklist email.

Check again in about 11 hours time. I did that for mine early Sunday evening 2 weeks ago and whoola! Changed to N/A.

Apparently things get updated Saturday night US time.

Our checklist was scanned in on 10/14 and were still waiting for a response...

27 November - 5 December with 85.4% accuracy.

2 December - 4 December, less reliable.

We have a Scan date for our Checklist in Oct 28. So far 31 days has passed since the Checklist received by NVC an everytime we call is the 60 days story...

9 December - 19 December with 85.5% accuracy.

14 December - 18 December, less reliable.

Welll It seems they are working on October 6th so if they go by the previous scan date i got October 10th but i got a checklist for AOS on Nov 5th and NVC scanned on Nov 12th.. What do you thing guys? Can i get a CC soon? Or i have to wait more?

22 December - 3 January, 85.4% accuracy.

26 December - 2 January, less reliable.

Something is bothering me about something the NVC rep said on Friday night when we called. She confirmed our checklist reasons but also said to me "dont worry when you get the email it will say that your police clearance is missing but it's just that they get sent straight to the embassy ok? So just ignore that."

Problem is, I did send a police clearance, the original, to them with my IV package. Absolutelydefinitely did. I said that to her and she couldn't really explain why I was checklisted for it. Now I'm worried. What should I do? I have not yet got the email. These things take 6 weeks to obtain. I can send a copy this time, right? Because of the change of rules? Sigh.

I am the beneficiary. My husband is the petitioning USC.

As i was updating my cover letter to send out with the checklist items I realized I sent my passport biographic page (like your guide states). Wouldnt this prove my citizenship status as I have a Canadian passport :S

Oh goodness....call, again ASAP on Monday. I rec a checklist on 10/21 and reps kept telling me (3 diff calls) that my package hadn't been reviewed yet. Just so happen to call and was told they were reviewed and the legalized stamp and birth cert form was the issue. But didn't know abt the marriage cert until a supervisor reviewed it. So make sure u follow up thoroughly. They can and will waste alot of ur time if u dont call them and confirm things at least 10 times. Lol...jk.....but thats how u feel at this point. Goodluck.

Marriage: 12/10/2013
Sent I-130: 1/23/14
NOA1: 1/30/14
NOA2: 6/10/14
Email that it was shipped to nvc: 6/23/14
Received by NVC: 7/1/14
Case#/IID# assigned: 7/16/14
Received/Submitted DS-261: 7/29/14
Paid AOS fee: 7/30/14
Sent AOS packet: 8/1/14
Aos fee showing PAID: 8/2/14
Received and paid IV Fee: 9/8/14 (fee showing paid / DS-260 available 9/9/14)
Submitted DS-260: 9/11/14
Sent IV packet: 9/24/14
NVC Received 9/26/14

Arrived in US: 3/8/14

STILL HAPPY AND NORMAL AS OF 8/4/2016!!

AOS Approved per phone: 10/22/14
*Received what I thought was a false checklist on this date as well*

*Problems: Called on 10/27/14 11/5/14 and 11/20/14 just to be proactive On all of these dates except the last, NVC kept telling me that my IV document probably hadn't been reviewed yet. On 11/20 the representative told me that the BC needed to be inextensa and the marriage license. True enough I had sent an extracto. But requested a supervisor review bc I knew the marriage lic was inextensa. 2 days later called again and got the same supervisor who told me that the marriage lic needed the proper signed legalizada (sticker on the back)

Sent necessary documents/Received: 11/20/14 and 11/26/14

Called 12/15/14: got Arthur....after he checked and verbally spanked he sent me to supervisor Silvia who said she would pull my file and try to figure it out.

Case complete: 12/19/14 Sylvia called and left a voicemail, called and confirmed later that night and status changed to N/A.

Thank you so much Sylvia. May God bless you and your family.

Appointment date and time received: 12/27/14

***FAST FORWARD***

APPT complete/Visa approved: 2/5/2015

Can you ask to speak to a supervisor?

I think I will do this when we get the email. It may be clearer on that as to what is missing. For example, I got a clearance in name only and perhaps it wants fingerprints as well for some reason?

Any Queenslanders or expats have any idea on that?
