Congratulations on the approval!! I am so behind on the thread I am sorry I didn't congratulate you sooner! I hope you have it in hand tomorrow!

So happy for you!

If you already sent evidence in to NVC then just bring copies to the interview, just in case!! I didn't end up needing to provide anything, but my husband had already returned the the US 6 months before my interview date.

Ok, I'm getting super duper nervous now. My last day at work was Friday, so it feels really weird to not be going back to work and seeing everyone tomorrow. My interview is two days away and it's such a big deal that my insides are going cray-cray. I really want Tuesday to be over and done with so I can wait in for my package >.<

You can drink a glass (max: 3 glasses) of wine before the interview so you won't be nervous!:rofl::rofl:

Make sure you stay away from hard liquor like vodka and tequila. That's after your interview!:rofl::rofl:

Good luck! :) I'm tryin to keep it cool as my interview is two weeks away ..

How's your OCD? :rofl::rofl::rofl:

oh tell me about it! the interview is in less than 30 hours!!

good luck to all of us! =)

30 HOURS!? :wow: Fingers crossed!

Congratulations on the approval!! I am so behind on the thread I am sorry I didn't congratulate you sooner! I hope you have it in hand tomorrow!

I feel like I'm the only one who got unlucky (should I say screwed?) in the end! :dead::dead::dead:

Other Canadian filers got their visas in 1-3 days! :bonk::bonk::bonk:

I just cannot seem to work out how to get the waybill tracking information. It says it is in transit and I saw this today which is Sunday NVC time. I have put in all different dates but nothing. Is that system still working.

Wonder how many days to get to Sydney. Think Sukie said about three.

Do you think they will open up the package when they receive it at the consulate. I want to email them to see if I can bring the interview forward.

Finally though NVC are moving.

Woohooooo! I was thinking about you all last night. I'm so glad it went well :D congratulations and I hope you get your passport and visa back in two days like everyone else

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed
October 3rd 2016: NOA1 received with receipt date of 09/28/16
November 3rd 2016: Biometrics received with appointment date of 11/14/16.
November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

MSC13,

When your status changes to "Ready", you'll know that the Sydney Consulate has your file in hand and it's registered. You can fire off your email then!

Thank you. I'm sitting in a bar in Euston now so I might do my review but just quickly, the three standard questions: when did you meet, how long you been married and have you met her family. Nothing else requested. X-ray back and told I didn't need to show it at poe. I'm confused about that, others have been told they have to. Let me know what they tell you. Good luck for tomorrow, it really is as easy as people say and not as nerve wracking as you think it will be x

POE - DFW

Waited in line for about 5 min...went up to the first desk...took hubby's fingerprints and picture...took to back room...waited about another 5 min..called hubby up, he signed one paper, gave phone number and they said 'here you go!' Didn't look at the chest X-ray and the declaration form had a big red 'I' on it so they glanced at it said you are good to go. Great to have it finished and done!

Thank you to all those who helped get us all though the process and for the moral support as well!

Best of luck to those still waiting!??

Ok, medical exam done!!

A disease and vaccines questionary filled in by the doctor.

He also did a complete exploration of my body and took my temperature.

Later, the nurse took a blood sample and i went to the x-Ray room for a torax x-ray.

I got a CD with it.

Tomorrow I will pick up my blood test results to be handed, along with the xray CD, at the embassy in my interview.

One more fee, 215 euros, around 270 dollars...

Still to come the last one (GC issuance through USCIS - ELIS webpage).

I cant wait to be done with everything!!!!
