I received an email like that for my fiancé... when I emailed to ask about making an appointment, it turned out that the email was a mistake (it was weird because it requested the present of my fiancé's "spouse" and we weren't married yet)... I never had to go for the second interview- that is supposedly only for married couples. Maybe your situation is different...
