Call the USCIS if theire even got something. If not, call your bank to avoid the check and send all again. Maybe it got lost by mail. Send it with a service where you will be able to track the shipping, so you will be sure its in the house (Lockbox Chicago)

Oh and btw, fill out a timeline. So you can help other users to track here cases

we got the NOA1 within a week.

Try checking on with your bank. If they have cashed the money order for fee for USCIS. If they have had then your case is in their hand. Just have patience.

And it seems you are doing DCF. If that is the case, then it might be different. (i am speaking on the context of our filling. We have CR1 Visa filing from US. Its not DCF)

You definitely should have received the NOA1 by now, it usually only takes 2 weeks. Did you find out with your bank if the check was cashed? That's like the first thing they do, so if they haven't cashed the check, it's possible they never received the envelope.

So you're saying USPS shows it as delivered, but the check hasn't been cashed? That's definitely not normal. You should call them as soon as possible to confirm them receiving it. Like someone else said, taking in the processing fee is the first thing they do. (If you pay with a credit card, they'll send you the receipt with the NOA1)

You're making it harder than it needs to be. Just try the top left one.

Call the top left number, don't say anything, someone will come on speaking in Spanish. If you speak that better than English ask the person for an immigration services officer, if you prefer english say "english please" and then ask the English person for the ISO.

which city and address did you use for this shipment?

did you include a G-1145 form?
