It's a miracle, just got approved! But I have a question. The email says that they will send me something in the mail about the next steps. Will this mail be important or require me to send some reply to it? I just ask because I am going out of town for a few weeks and I won't receive it. If not, then what is the next thing I need to do now that I have the approval? Thanks!

It's the hard copy of NOA2 and the info in it are stuff you can find here on the forum. It can take weeks for you to get the hardcopy for the NOA2 so I wouldn't worry about it.

Congratulations on your approval!

Congrats!!!!Nope there is no reply and it really doesn't tell you anything you just need it for when you go to your interview and apply for certain things later on in the process. Now you wait for them to send your approval to NVC.

Hi everyone, I am sooooo happy, the nvc received our case yesterday, I have been watching the trends very closely and it looks that a case gets to the nvc between 10-17 days from the day the noa2 is approved. Now I am hoping to get my case number today yeeeee that way we can move on, oohhh I am sooo exicted. My hubby in Cuba he is in shock we are getting closer and closer to being able to be together forever.

That is great news, I am happy for you! I wonder how do you find out when NVC receives your case?
