This is normal for AOS submissions. You can't contact uscis until it's been 30 days really. And even then if it's not in the system then they can't find it so you'd have to resubmit the whole thing.

We did call USCIS and that is exacly what they told us 30 day to wait and check if they cashed our check because they stamp the back of the check with the receipt/case#. But in our case the funds are still in my bank....if no activity has be done with the check in 30 days, they advised us to resubmit. What we're worry about is my wife's medical forms that went out in a sealed envelope. That's more $ that we'll have to put out to have the doctor provide a new one..Which they didn't seem to care when we advised USCIS in the phone call

The most recent one is mandatory, the others are not but you can feel free to include them, especially if they'll support your case. My 2011 and 2012 did not as I worked a part time job while in school so I only included my 2013 supporting my full-time job status.

As I (the USC) just repatriated to the U.S., I needed a joint sponsor. He included 2013 returns and a detailed letter of employment. Is it possible I was RFEd because of unemployment in U.S. or they just need his W2s, etc.. Is there a difference in Request for Initial Evidence and RFE?

Also, if my i-130 is already approved can they request more proof of bona fide marriage? Either way, will give them whatever they are asking, but I hope these requests are not random.

So many October filers without their NOA! i didn't know that they stamped the check with the case/receipt number so that's good to know. Fingers crossed our packages were not lost and that we'll get a text or email tomorrow!

Sweetswinks im in your boat too.. just a little less time waiting than you have. I am starting to worry(((

I'm worried too but what can we do but wait? If I don't get a text or email this week I'll be very concerned! By Friday it'll be 18 days since it was sent.

I got a letter last week (Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case) They also said '' Duo the workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. Presently, we anticipate that delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this letter'' Online it says it's still on ''Acceptance since June 27'' All you can do is wait..They just have a lot of cases I guess.

If im not wrong , I think the most recent W2 it is mandatory. .. I sent 2013 W2, IRS Transcripts for 2011,12 & 13.

I guess you guys were right. Received RFE because joint sponsor did not include any W2 forms. We just sent 2013 returns and employment letter of employment. Clearly was not enough proof of income. Should I just send them a tax transcript instead or just six months of W2s. I wish the instructions would be more specific instead of providing all these options. :(

I would just get transcripts from IRS website if I were you, I provided transcripts for my sponsor and co sponsor and received no RFEs
