What can really explain the fact that they skip September applications and approve October, November, December, January ones? I'm not talking about Philippines

well mine wasn't one of them and I filed in September. When someone files 2 months after you and they are approved that counts to me as being skipped.

I believe those words of wisdom hold true when you are well within the processing times. If not, an RFE means ANOTHER month or more before the case is approved. At this stage of waiting, anything but an approval is god awful.

This is true, and I would personally cringe if I got an RFE, however at least it means that they aren't using my case to hold up a shaky desk lol

Thanks, I appreciate that. 208 days? Wait...your NOA2 came through on the 2nd, right? And you filed ... I don't remember ... somewhere in the September 20 range, right? So your wait was less than that, I'm guessing somewhere in the 190s. Maybe you mean your total overall wait, dunno. But around here the wait that folk talk about is between NOA1 and NOA2. From 9/11/2014 until 4/7/2015 that's 208 days for me. Sigh.

Maybe they'll approve more this week, we'll see!

I don't understand how November approvals are coming in more and more when some August filers are still waiting and very few September filer have gotten approved. It's bad enough there's a major difference in processing times between service centers but this is adding insult to injury every single time I see a November approval

I agree, this is really annoying to see. Again, I don't begrudge anyone a quicker than 7 month approval, I just can't understand the logic of TSC. However, I'm pretty sure they are about as logical as the Twilight zone LOL

I agree, anyone who can escape waiting an eternity at TSC I'm happy for but logic is none existence at that place.

But I'm trying to see the silver lining. I mean, if they're gonna do that cr@p, then at least it should advance the new "normal processing times" window begin-date whenever that is updated soon ... which seems to take forever each month when it comes due. Ya know? :wacko:

Of course, it isn't at all clear to me just how they go about calculating that date. I've read different accounts of it and still don't know which account is correct, if any. So we'll just have to wait and see. There's that familiar term again "wait".... :rofl:
