When sending the I-134 form and effidence of income can you send through fax machine or do you have to send through mail. I guess I'm asking does it have to be originals? Turkey doesn't have great mail service.

Good question, I was under the impression it should be an original signature since the form said to type or print in black ink. I can't find a specific directive on this form, however they wouldn't let us send the I-129F or G325-A with scanned signatures, so I assumed this would be the same. You could use a courier so you can track the package since you said the mail system isn't good...

Well, you folks are certainly giving me some good ideas for wedding planning. I'm thinking now that we'll have our pastor perform a legal ceremony to fulfill the government's requirements and get his paperwork started. Then we can plan the "wedding" for May so we're not rushing around. I'm not sure I can plan a wedding in 2 months without feeling pressured and my mom wants to help me plan but it stuck working till end of April.

Thanks for all the ideas!

Don't even get me started about the mail service in Bulgaria... As far as I know, it should be original signature, so my fiance send the documents on Dec 5th with First Class Mail... but it's been 10 days already and i don't have anything :girlwerewolf2xn: We can't even track the letter...

So yeah, better use a courier

Hi everyone. Just an update with our case. My fiance and her son were at the USE, Philippines today for interview. The consul said that all our papers are in order but, my fiance's son needs to get DNA tested. We didn't see this coming. They returned my fiance's and her son's passport and told her to wait for an email detailing how to go about getting the DNA test done. Hopefully it doesn't take too long. :(
