Letter of intent to marry

i know lots of people asked about it already. But I can't find the previous thread.

My fiancé didn't sign the intent to marry letter that he has sent me. What should I do?

If you are talking about letter intent of marry for the interview of k-1 visa, most of times the CO did not even ask. Oh well, at least for my interview.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you sign it for him using his signature? As far as I know, as long as he knows about it and he approves of it, it will be okay. But still, I'm not sure.

i would not risk it...just ask him to send you another one with signature this time..youre almost done not worth risking anything at this point.

might be a little expensive but its worth it.....having that peace of mind knowing that you have it in hand if ever they ask for it at the embassy or CFO.

Same here. Interviewer (and CFO) didn't ask me for it. But if we're talking about peace of mind, do it right the first time. Have him send the letter with ink signature. Nothing beats going into that interview knowing you are ready for anything.
